Calling all injured Donna Wilson creatures – our Animal Hospital is open for admissions! Whether they’re coming apart at the seams, have been nibbled by pesky moths, or had a run-in with a pet, we’ll do our best to fix them.
To admit a creature:
1. Send an email to help@donnawilson.com with detailed photos of your injured friend(s), along with your name and address.
2. Wait for a confirmation that we’ll be able to admit the creature to our clinic. We’ll let you know the cost of the repair and send you a payment link.
3. Once payment had been made, carefully package your creature and send it to the designated address. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service to do this.
4. Once we receive your injured friend, we’ll do our best to fix them. Once they’re back in good health, we’ll send them back to you.
Please note: we will return repaired creatures free of charge within the UK. If you’re outside of the UK, you’ll also need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Important: if your creature has been nibbled by moths, please seal it in a plastic bag and pop it in the freezer for two weeks before sending it to us. This will avoid moth outbreaks in our studio!
